We want this event to be a fun and enjoyable time for all. In order to do that we ask that you carefully review the following terms and conditions before reserving your tickets.

Terms and Conditions

• Although it says on the website that the tickets are free they are actually $11 per ticket. Payment will be collected at the SSC.
• Crewmembers are required to reserve only the number of tickets you are actually going to purchase. We won’t be able to adjust your order once it’s placed.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• If you haven't paid for your tickets by November 6, 2009 you will forfeit your order.
• There will not be any reserved seating for this event, so we ask that you show up one hour prior to the screening and seats will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Also, please make sure that you show up with your party together so that you don’t have to hold seats at the theater.

Payment and ticket pick up

All payments must be made to Tammy Wilson (G1 Team Supervisor area) by November 6, 2009. If you fail to make payment prior to that date you will forfeit your reserved tickets.

Tammy will be available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
